Ten of us were led by Stephen Ramirez who has been leading these hikes for close to two years.
The Hunter Road trail head was a
busy place early on Saturday morning as dog walkers and jogging couples were already gathering for their own foray into the Purgatory Creek Natural Area. The 7 a.m. start meant cooler temperatures rather than later in the day which nudged the century mark.
